When you submit a project request through our site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company, email address, phone number, project description, timeline, budget range, and any files you choose to upload (such as drawings, specs, BOMs, or RFQs).

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

Files you upload through the project request form are stored using Vercel Blob storage, a third-party cloud storage service. These files are used solely to scope and complete the work you requested and are not shared with anyone outside of Trailhead Project Partners except as needed to perform that work (for example, sharing a spec with a supplier you have asked us to contact).

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behavior, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. This analytics service does not use cookies to track you across other websites and does not collect personally identifiable information as part of its standard reporting.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, scope and price the work, deliver the requested service, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

We may share your information with suppliers, vendors, or subcontractors when doing so is necessary to complete the work you've requested (for example, requesting a quote on your behalf). We may also share information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trailhead Project Partners or others.

We retain project request information and related files for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your project and to maintain business records, after which it may be deleted.
