Vendor Qualification Services

Confirm a supplier is who they say they are before you commit.

Onboarding an unqualified vendor is expensive in ways that don't show up until later — a certification that lapsed, a capacity number that was more aspiration than fact, a reference that turns out to be a friend of the sales rep. By the time it surfaces, you're already committed.

We verify what matters before you sign anything: business registration and NAICS codes, current insurance certificates and bonding where applicable, relevant quality certifications, and reference checks against actual delivery and quality performance — not just a name on a list.

What we do

  • Verify business registration, NAICS codes, and years in operation
  • Confirm current insurance certificates (COIs) and bonding where applicable
  • Check relevant quality or industry certifications (ISO, AS9100, and similar)
  • Request and review W-9 and other standard onboarding documents
  • Contact references to confirm delivery and quality performance
  • Confirm production capacity against your volume requirements
  • Flag any gaps or inconsistencies found during verification

What you receive

  • A vendor qualification summary with pass/flag notes
  • Copies of certifications, COIs, and W-9 collected
  • Reference check notes

Typical turnaround

Vendor qualification typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on how quickly references and documentation come back.
